This page says exactly what the service stores and why. The operator is Dialect Agency Inc.
What we store
- Your Reddit identity: the Reddit user id and username Reddit gives us when you sign in. We never see your Reddit password.
- Reddit access tokens: the OAuth grant that lets the connector act on your ad accounts. Stored encrypted. Used only when your assistant calls a tool.
- Subscription state: your Stripe customer id, plan, status, and renewal dates. Card numbers never reach our servers; Stripe holds them.
- Campaign attribution: when you arrive from one of our Reddit ads, we keep its campaign tags and Reddit click id in a first-party cookie for seven days and on your Stripe customer record if you start Checkout. After Stripe confirms a free trial, we send the click id, a hashed Stripe customer id, and the trial event to Reddit for ad measurement.
- Google ad measurement: we keep Google ad click ids in a first-party cookie for seven days and save them with the Google Analytics client and session ids on your user record and Stripe Checkout metadata. When Stripe confirms a trial, we send Google Analytics a purchase event with the subscription id, plan, currency, and plan price. This measures trial starts; it does not mean a trial payment was collected.
- A change log: the name and inputs of every tool call that changes an ad account, with time and result. Reads are not logged.
- Server logs: request metadata such as IP address and timing, kept briefly for security and debugging. Errors are reported to Sentry with your user id so we can find and fix them.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data or use your ad account data for our ads. Website pages, including sign-in and account pages, use Google Analytics to measure visits and trial starts. OAuth query parameters and account details are excluded from page URLs sent to Google.
Who else touches the data
Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting, United States), Sentry (error reporting), Google Analytics (website visits and trial conversion measurement), and Reddit (the ad accounts you connect and ad measurement). Each processes only what its job needs.
How long
Until you delete your account. Deleting removes your identity, tokens, subscription record, and change log from our systems immediately, cancels your subscription, and asks Reddit to revoke the grant. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as the law requires it to.
