This page says exactly what the service stores and why. The operator is Dialect Agency Inc.
What we store
- Your Reddit identity: the Reddit user id and username Reddit gives us when you sign in. We never see your Reddit password.
- Reddit access tokens: the OAuth grant that lets the connector act on your ad accounts. Stored encrypted. Used only when your assistant calls a tool.
- Subscription state: your Stripe customer id, plan, status, and renewal dates. Card numbers never reach our servers; Stripe holds them.
- A change log: the name and inputs of every tool call that changes an ad account, with time and result. Reads are not logged.
- Server logs: request metadata such as IP address and timing, kept briefly for security and debugging. Errors are reported to Sentry with your user id so we can find and fix them.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your data, run ads, or use your ad account data for anything other than serving your requests. The marketing pages use Google Analytics; the account pages and the connector itself carry no analytics or trackers.
Who else touches the data
Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting, United States), Sentry (error reporting), and Reddit (the ad accounts you connect). Each processes only what its job needs.
How long
Until you delete your account. Deleting removes your identity, tokens, subscription record, and change log from our systems immediately, cancels your subscription, and asks Reddit to revoke the grant. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as the law requires it to.
Your rights
You can see your data on the account page and delete it there. For a copy of what we hold, or anything else, write to support@redditadsmcp.com.
