Why can I connect but not run an account tool?
Check your subscription on the account page. If a trial or payment has just started, ask again in the same conversation; the connection does not need to be added again.
Where can I see or cancel my plan?
Open your account page to manage billing. You can cancel there, and access continues through the paid period.
How do I request a refund?
Read the refund policy, then email support@redditadsmcp.com within 14 days of the charge.
